A beautiful, quiet location, just outside the city center, within walking distance. Delicious Irish breakfast, freshly prepared by the chef. Free parking.

Gettig out of the parking lot was a big challenge in be way the spaces were laid out. But everything else was above and beyond.

What did you like about your stay in the property or location?
The room was very spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was outstanding! The location is great in that it is an easy walk into town. It is a beautiful walk along the stone walls and by the castle. We loved our time in Kilkenny, both expressing that we wished we could stay longer. The town is very charming and we felt 100% safe. We highly recommend Fanad House and Kilkenny.

Very close to everything, clean well kept room and lovely staff. Breakfast was great also

Love staying here when we visit Kilkenny! Very clean accommodation, a lovely breakfast, conveniently located to town, and with free parking.

A very clean accommodation. First time to stay in a guest house. Girls at breakfast were so efficient. Lovely breakfast . Fresh towels and tea etc on second day. Big thank you to the girls working there

Didnt like that it was blankets on the bed. Would much prefer a duvet.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The accommodation was clean and the staff was very nice. The room wasn’t huge but it was perfect for our needs. It was within walking distance to all the things we wanted to do.

We stayed in the family room, it was very nice accomodations, plenty of space. The breakfast was amazing, lots of choices. The location was perfect, we parked our car, and walked everywhere.
