The flowers are so beautiful and welcoming, everything was clean, breakfast was good, host was kind, good location.

What did you like about your stay in the property or location?
The location is excellent. Cross the road and you are in the Castle park heading towards the castle and the town centre. Parking is free, easy and convenient. The rooms were spotless, comfortable and well maintained. The breakfast was excellent and made to order with their own fresh eggs and quality produce. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Pat, the owner, was fun and friendly, really! Give him chance to shine. It was certainly the best value in Kilkenny.

Location is ideal for exploring the city, only minutes walk to everything in the city centre. The rooms were spotless and the breakfast was fabulous- this really is a gem in the middle of Kilkenny!

Helpful fella at check-in; room size and furnishings were really nice; nice bathroom; great location (we walked into town); breakfast was tasty.

The location was perfect and close for walking to the castle grounds and the centre of Kilkenny. Excellent private car parking at the guest house. Breakfast was first class. Rooms fresh and clean. Excellent value for money.

It was a short walk into town. Upon arrival we set out to explore the castle first, which is nearly across the street. Even on a rainy night the walk back from the pubs wasn't bad.

The location is a short 3-5 minute walk from the castle. Friendly staff they greeted us by name. Breakfast commences at 8am, but it’s well worth the wait. The room as well as the hotel itself is well maintained. Ps you have to lock your room door otherwise a beautiful young blond girl will come to your bed. This is truly the luck of the Irish. lol inside joke one of the guess came to our room by accident.

The property was close to the the city center and castle. Walking was about 15 min. Breakfast was as you order, fresh. Rooms and beds were comfortable.
